My cooker arrived as scheduled but I did not get to use it right away as I was on vacation. It was initally a challenge to figure out the wattage and what temperature to use to cook foods, so I started with boiling water in the cooker just to get a feel.

It boils super fast when using the default setting 1200w/425F. It took about 2-3 minutes to get a rolling boil. WOW! I boiled eggs next and they came out perfect. I decided to plunge deep and fry chicken wings for my first cooked meat.

  They came out great for a first try and took hardly any time to cook. I used the setting of 1200w/300F for 10 minutes on each side. I also cooked them in the pan that came with the cooker and used canola oil. I have included a photo.
